Oct 20, 15:50:47 GMT+0 - Identified - We&#039;re still monitoring this issue and have noticed significantly degraded performance on the scheduling page. We&#039;re in communication with our hosting provider and are monitoring the situation closely.

We apologize for this disruption and are doing everything we can to bring the service fully back online. Please note that our customer support provider is also experiencing issues from the same outage, so we may be slow to reply to tickets. Dec 16, 19:01:27 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Our upstream provider has indicated that they have resolved the issue, however we&#039;re going to continue to monitor the situation until we&#039;re certain it has been fixed, at which point we&#039;ll close this ticket. Dec 16, 20:15:41 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Our upstream provider has informed us that they are still having issues getting emails out on time.  They aren&#039;t providing much guidance in regards to resolution time, so we&#039;ll continue to update this ticket as we hear more. Dec 17, 00:40:33 GMT+0 - Monitoring - At this time emails are going out, but still on a delay.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are working with them to get this sorted out ASAP. We&#039;re continuing to monitor and will update you when the issue is resolved. Jul 28, 20:40:05 GMT+0 - Resolved - We&#039;ve heard from our upstream provider that all emails are now being sent promptly, so we&#039;re marking this issue as resolved. They have indicated that when the issue is resolved all previously queued emails will be sent.
